My mission is to guide people and align teams toward solving the right problem. Currently, I am the Executive Director of the world’s first MS in Product Management program. I've been with Carnegie Mellon University and the MSPM program since 2019, when I taught HCI for Product Managers and served as an advisor for the students’ capstone projects. With a passion for coaching and building a problem-solving culture, I made the leap to join CMU full-time in late 2020. In my current role, I'm directing all aspects of the program’s growth, features, quality, and continuous improvement.
